Collar Bacon is the ribeye, cut from the loin eye muscle as it develops into the shoulder area. Just like the succulent beef ribeye cut, pork ribeye has fine curves of intra-muscular fat which flavours and lubricates the meat as it is cooked. An increasingly popular cut from yesteryear. Like all Fruit Pig bacons, our pork ribeye is slow cured and then cold smoked.

We deliver UK-wide using APC Overnight. Our stated pricing is for mainland deliveries only. For deliveries to outer islands, Northern Ireland and Ireland, please get in touch and we'll quote you.
