A mix of fresh blood, British oats and barley, British pork fat, onions and spices.  With the added chunks of back fat, this black pudding tends to appeal north of.......well, 53° North!  We know of no other nationally available fresh blood black pudding with fat chunks so it's a rare thing.  Available in the 1.25kg sticks only.

To cook: Slice and remove outer skin, grill or fry both sides to 'crozzle' making sure inside is piping hot.

Tried this for the first time recently and instantly regretted not doing so before. 18-year-old son loved it too. Bought Fruit Pigs bacon, sausage, mince and haggis as well. Portioned the black pudding and froze sections so that every weekend can be a treat!!

We deliver UK-wide using APC Overnight.  Our standard delivery is next-day 0800-1200.  Our stated pricing is for mainland deliveries and Southern Scotland only.  Deliveries to outer islands and remote areas in Scotland costs between £20 - £25; the delivery charge and delivery timescale will be highlighted to you before you commit to purchase.
